The Primal Shred Circuit

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

40sec working effort followed by 20 secs of rest, 5 exercises = 1 set. 


Example: 

1. Sled Push 

2. Barbell Front Squat

3. Battle Rope Rips

4. Barbell Bent Over Row

5. Battle Rope Slams

Rest 1min

Then repeat for a total of 3 sets


(Note: try to do as many reps as possible in the 40sec working  effort… if you want to challenge yourself then count how many you do, the try to beat in your 2nd effort)


Tips: If your club doesn’t have all the required equipment then speak to your club PT about some alternative options
