12min Rapid Fat Burner Workout

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Complete this workout combo in 12 mins at a high intensity to create the afterburn effect!

Example:

  • 1min sprint – 20sec rest
  • 1min overhead slams – 20sec rest
  • 1min squats – 20sec rest
  • 1min sprint - 60sec rest
  • 1min lateral box jumps – 20secs rest
  • 1min overhead slams – 20sec rest
  • 1min squats – 20sec rest
  • 1min lateral box jumps
  • 1min Frog V ups


(Note: Choose either the bike, skillmill/treadmill, rower or cross trainer for the sprint. Also choose a weight for the squat that you can do for 1 minute and remember, NO STOPPING during your working efforts!)

Tip:

If your club doesn’t have all the required equipment then speak to your club PT about some alternative options.
