Tabata Team Mate Workout

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

This workout has been personally designed by Zoe & Jarrod, PT's from Snap Fitness Warragul.

Time to grab your training buddy and try this challenging and motivating Tabata workout.

Each 20sec working effort is done as fast as you can. Take 1min rest between changing exercises. 

Complete all 4 exercises = 1 set.

After first set rest 3mins then complete a 2nd set.

    Example:

    • Box Jumps – 20secs on / 10secs off x 8 efforts (total time 4mins) 
    • Kettle-bell Swings – 20secs on / 10secs off x 8 efforts (total time 4mins) 
    • Barbell overhead press – 20secs on / 10secs off x 8 efforts (total time 4mins) 
    • Burpees – 20sec on / 10sec rest x 8 efforts (total time 4mins)

    (Note: Use desired weight range and box height level, do not push past the range of comfort and keep hydrated at all times) 

    Tip:

    If you want to make things competitive with your training buddy then count the reps for each working effort to see who can do the most.
