A full body workout consisting of 6 exercises done for 3 sets. 1st set each exercise is for 21 reps, 2nd set each exercise is for 15 reps and the 3rd set is for 9 reps.
1. Swiss Ball Squat
2. Stepping Lunge with Bi-Cep Curl
3. Kettlebell Swing
4. Swiss Ball Dumbbell Press
5. Assisted Chin Ups
6. ½ Turkish Get Up
(Note: choose a weight for the required exercises that challenges each of the 21, 15 and 9 reps)
