The Buddy Strength Challenge

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

You have 2 exercises in 3 sets. Both partners working at the same time on different exercises for 1min, then swap. Repeat for each set.


Example: 

Partner A – 1min of Double Woodchops

Partner B – 1min of Hand release push ups

Rest 1min


Partner A – 1min of Bicep curls

Partner B – 1min of Tricep Extensions                                                      

Rest 1min                                                                                                         


Partner A – 1min of Cable reverse fly’s

Partner B – 1min of Alternating shoulder press with rotation

Rest 1min


(Note: attempt 2 sets)


Tips: To add the challenge, count how many reps you do for each exercise and have your buddy try to beat.
