Max Rep Strength Challenge

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Here’s a challenge… there are 3 exercises, for each exercise the weight selection is your bodyweight (so weigh yourself before you start). You then have 1 attempt to do as many reps as possible without stopping for each exercise. Record your reps then come back in 4 weeks' time and try to beat.


Example:

Bench Press or Chest Press

Leg Press or Squat

Chin Up or Seated Row


(Note: as each exercise is done to failure, having a spotter for each exercise is recommended)


Tips: if you choose the squat exercise then make sure you ask your club PT for guidance on correct technique.
