This is great “finisher” to add to the end of a workout and is totally focused on your abs!
1min – Scissor Kicks
30sec – Bicycle crunch
1min – Prone hold with alternating step jacks
30sec – T Rotation with hip drop
1min – Straight leg raise toe touches
(Note: if you don’t have the core strength to hip drop on the T rotation then remove hip drop from the exercise and if you don’t have the flexibility for the straight leg raise toe touch then allow for a bent knee)
Tips: the goal of this finisher is to not stop moving during each exercise and to transition quickly to each new exercise without any rest.
