Challenge – Squat Workout for Time

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Using 3 different squat exercises, the challenge is to complete the workout as quickly as possible. Record your time and try to beat it the next time you try this workout.

Example:

  • 20 x kettlebell goblet squat (8kg for females, 16kg for males)
  • 30 x leg press (choose 70% of your bodyweight)
  • 20 x burpee squat
  • 30 x leg press (choose 70% of your bodyweight)
  • 20 x kettlebell goblet squat (8kg for females, 16kg for males)

(Note: If your club doesn’t have kettlebells, then substitute for a dumbbell) 

Tip:

Make sure you get your seat position on the leg press correct so that the angle at your knees in the start position is 90 degrees.
