The Tri Set Workout

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

The Tri Set Workout is a full body strength workout that consists of 3 sets with each set featuring 3 exercises. You do each exercise one after the other with no rest in between exercises. Attempt the set 3 times before moving onto the next set. Choose a weight for each exercise that challenges you getting to the required reps.

    Example:

    3 sets of:

      • Dumbbell (DB) Fly’s x 8 reps
      • DB 1 Arm Row x 8 reps (each arm) 
      • Tri Cep Dips x 16 reps

      3 sets of:

        • Lat Pull Down x 8 reps
        • DB Shoulder Press x 8 reps
        • DB Bi Cep Curl x 8 reps (each arm)

        3 sets of:

          • Smith Machine Box Squat x 8 reps
          • Box Step Ups x 8 reps (each leg)
          • Squat Pulses x 30 reps

          (Note: increase your weight in small increments each time you do this workout) 

          Tip:

          Work to your range of motion and at a medium tempo for each exercise.
