Choose 3 Exercises – A pushing exercise, a pulling exercise and a leg exercise.

Start with a light weight and do 10-15 reps as a continuation of your warm up.

3 Rounds of 30, 20, 10 reps on each exercise (note, as reps go down, weight should go up):

Choose weights that are challenging at 30 reps for the following:

  • 30 x Seated Row
  • 30 x Leg Press

Choose weights that are challenging at 20 reps for the following:

  • 20 x Chest Press
  • 20 x Seated Row
  • 20 x Leg Press

Choose weights that are challenging at 10 reps for the following:

  • 10 x Chest Press
  • 10 x Seated Row
  • 10 x Leg Press
