The Bike & Barbell Combo

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

This is a great cardio and strength combined workout that focuses on your legs. You’ll work 45 secs hard and fast then a 15 sec rest / transition between exercises. It’s best to have your phone / watch set with an interval timer and placed in a spot where you can see / hear the change in work effort (45 secs) to rest / transition (15 secs)… complete 3 sets without rest in-between sets.

15sec Rest / Transition

45sec Barbell – Squats

15sec Rest / Transition

45sec Bike – Hill Climb

15sec Rest / Transition

45sec Barbell – Alt Stepping Lunges

15sec Rest / Transition

45sec Bike – Sprint

15sec Rest / Transition

45sec Barbell – Squat Pulses

15sec Rest / Transition

This equals one set

Repeat x 3 sets
