The Time Trial Workout
Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.
Choose any piece of cardio equipment for this workout (Treadmill, Bike, Rower, Cross Trainer, Stepper etc). Set the speed, level or resistance for the machine you choose as high as possible for your fitness level to be able to work continuously for 20mins without stopping.
- 20min continuous on chosen piece of equipment
- Try to maintain without adjusting machines setting
- Record the distance you achieve in the 20mins
- Next time you do this workout try and beat the previous distance achieved
Note: If you need to adjust the setting during the 20min work effort or take a small break then by all means do so. The next time you attempt this workout try and do it without any adjustments or breaks.
