Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Grab your training buddy and pick 3 pieces of cardio equipment. Then it’s a race on each piece for 5mins to see who can travel the furthest. Rest 3mins between pieces.


Example: 

5mins – Treadmill / most distance travelled

Rest 3mins

5mins – Cross Trainer / most distance travelled

Rest 3mins

5mins- Rower / most distance travelled

Finished!


(Note: set the levels / resistance on each piece to a medium range or to your fitness capabilities)


Tips: Remember (record) the distance you travel for each exercise, then try to beat next time you do this workout
