Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Try to row 5 kilometers in less than 20 minutes… that’s it, just row!


Example:

Row 5km in 20mins – set rower on level 10                                    


(Note: this is a tough challenge, to build up to this challenge try to row 2.5km in 10mins a couple of times, then attempt the 5km in 20mins)
