Challenge – Step it up!

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Take the step challenge: using either the stair climber, stepper or step box, see how many total steps you can do in the 3 x 6min efforts.

Example:

  • Stair climber – As many steps as possible in 6min
  • Rest 1min
  • Stair climber – As many steps as possible in 6min
  • Rest 1min
  • Stair climber – As many steps as possible in 6min
  •  

(Note: Your 6min effort should done as fast as possible. Remember to keep count of your steps to compare to the next time you complete this workout)

Tip:

When using the step box make sure you alternate your steps so one leg doesn’t work more than the other.
