Lean Legs – Sprints & Lunges

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Overload your legs to rapidly increase their strength and stamina with this workout using intervals on the skillmill or treadmill and super setting with lunges

Example:

  • 30sec sprint – 10 x jump lunges (5 each leg)
  • 45sec sprint – 20 x curtsy lunge (10 each leg)
  • 60sec sprint – 30 x spilt start lunge (15 each leg)


  • Rest 2mins – then repeat

(Note: This workout can also be done outdoors; all you need is the space such as a field to be able to run for up to 60 seconds non-stop) 

Tip:

If you use a treadmill, set it at ¾ sprint speed and take care when stepping on and off the treadmill!
