The EMOM Challenge

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Press go on your stopwatch and complete the below circuit every minute on the minute (EMOM) until you can’t complete the circuit in the minute allowed. Use the time after the last rep of the circuit is completed, until the next minute starts, to rest… catch your breath… refocus and go again!

Example Circuit: 

5 x KB Swings

10 x Jump Squats

10 x Sit Throughs

5 x Push Ups

(Note: use a KB weight that challenges your strength for the required reps)

Tips: Record which minute you finish on then try to beat next time.
