The Amazing Race

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Race your buddy to the finish line with this As Fast As Possible (AFAP) workout. Using the Plyo box and 2 other exercises start at 100 steps and 10 reps for each of the 2 exercises, complete as fast as possible then drop down to 90 steps and 9 reps, then 80 steps and 8 reps and so on until you get down to 10 steps and 1 rep on each of the 2 exercises and finish!


Example: 

Plyo Box x 100 steps

Dumbbell ground to overhead press x 10 reps

Sit throughs x 10 reps

Plyo Box x 90 steps

Dumbbell ground to overhead press x 9 reps

Sits throughs x 9 reps

Plyo Box x 80 steps

Dumbbell ground to overhead press x 8 reps

Sits throughs x 8 reps


And so on down to…

Plyo Box x 10 steps

Dumbbell ground to overhead press x 1 reps

Sit throughs x 1 reps


(Note: use a dumbbell weight that challenges your strength for the required reps)
