10-1 AFAP Challenge

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Start with 10 reps for each of the 3 exercises… then drop down to 9 reps for each of the 3 exercises, then down to 8, then down to 7 and so on…


You go from 10 reps for each of the 3 exercises, down to 1 rep for each of the 3 exercises As Fast as Possible (AFAP).


Example:

                                               

1.     Dumbbell Burpee

2.     Jump Squat and Jump Lunge Combo

3.     Swiss Ball Jacknife

 

10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5- 4 - 3 - 2 - 1... AFAP


(Note: you keep rotating through the 3 exercises, dropping down in reps from 10 reps to 1 rep)


Tips: If you want to challenge yourself, record your time then attempt go even faster next time.
