Bodyweight Circuit

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Each exercise is done for 20 reps. If need be, rest during the 20 reps… but make sure you hit the 20 before moving onto the next exercise.


Example:


20 x Walk Out Push Ups

20 x Karaoke Squat Jacks

20 x Crab Toe Touches

20 x Donkey Kicks

20 x Mountain Climbers

 

Rest 3mins


Then repeat for a second set.


(Note: if you want a challenge… double the reps for each exercise = 40 reps)


Tips: the goal is to complete the 20 reps before moving onto the next exercise… so take small breaks if need be.
