Freestyle Cardio Blast

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

In this workout you use the freestyle equipment and exercises to give the heart and lungs a real good blast!

Example:

  • 2min - skillmill / sled push
  • 1min - bear crawl
  • Kettlebell overhead walking lunge – 16 steps (8each leg)
  • Slam ball shoulder toss  x 16                                             
  • Kettlebell overhead walking lunge – 16 steps (8each leg)
  • 1min - bear crawl
  • 2min - skillmill / sled push
  • Rest 1min

(Note: choose a kettlebell and slam ball weight that challenges you during the above exercises)

Tip:

If your club doesn’t have all the required equipment then speak to your club PT about some alternative options.
