Challenge – AFAP Circuit

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

The aim of the game is to finish this circuit as fast as possible (AFAP).


  • 10 x burpee chin ups
  • 10 x kettlebell ground to overhead press burpee
  • 10 x burpee squat
  • 100 x alternating step ups
  • 100 x torsinator push presses (50 each arm)
  • 100 x lateral bosu jumps
  • 10 x burpee chin ups
  • 10 x kettlebell ground to overhead press burpee
  • 10 x burpee Squat

(Note: choose a light weight for the torsinator exercise)
