Use this chest workout to give your chest an explosive pump!
- 10 metres - walking push ups
- 100 x alternating bungee punches (50 each arm)
- 10 x push up jacks
- 100 x bench press pulses (4 x 25 reps – 10sec rest between each of the 4 sets)
(Note: Substitute the bungee/resistance band exercise with a cable if your club doesn’t have any bungees/resistance bands)
