Explosive Chest

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Use this chest workout to give your chest an explosive pump!

Example:

  • 10 metres - walking push ups
  • 100 x alternating bungee punches (50 each arm)
  • 10 x push up jacks
  • 100 x bench press pulses (4 x 25 reps – 10sec rest between each of the 4 sets)

(Note: Substitute the bungee/resistance band exercise with a cable if your club doesn’t have any bungees/resistance bands)

Tip:

Choose a light weight for the bench press pulses…they burn!
