Set your timer for 12 rounds of 1 minute.
Complete 3 rounds of the following.
- 1 min on the Rower
- 1 min of Box Jumps
- 1 min of Kettlebell Swings
- 1 min rest
(Note: for an extra challenge count your reps / distance and try to beat each round)
If box jumps are too challenging then substitute for continuous Step Ups.
