This workout has been 
personally designed by Sam D’Souza from Snap Fitness Myaree.

Set your timer for 12 rounds of 1 minute.
Complete 3 rounds of the following.

    Example:

    • 1 min on the Rower
    • 1 min of Box Jumps
    • 1 min of Kettlebell Swings
    • 1 min rest

    (Note: for an extra challenge count your reps / distance and try to beat each round) 

    Tip:

    If box jumps are too challenging then substitute for continuous Step Ups.
