XTraining Circuit

Start your workout with the Australia's Trusted Workout Warm Up.

Use a combination of Barbell, Kettlebell, Torsinator, Powerbags and bodyweight Exercises. Each exercise is done for either a 30sec working effort or 15reps. Try not to rest between exercises, move straight onto the next exercise once current exercise is completed and rest once the set is finished (1min rest).

    Example:

    4 sets of the following:

      • 30secs – Barbell Thrusters
      • 15reps – Jump Squat Chin Ups
      • 30secs – Alternating Kettlebell Windmill
      • 15reps – Powerbag Burpees
      • 30sec – Bear Crawl (reptilian push ups alternate)
      • 15reps – Torsinator Power Squat to Press
