All you need for this circuit is floor space. This is also a good workout to do at home or away when travelling and you don’t have access to a gym.
3 sets of the following:
- Mountain Climbers – 1min
- Curtsy Lunge – 1min
- Uneven Push Up – 30secs
- Prone hold to Side Plank– 1min
- Ice skaters – 1min
For an extra challenge, remember how many reps you do on each exercise then try and beat (or maintain) for each set you attempt.
